Redcrocus.store truly appreciates you being our customer and takes pride in our 100% return guarantee. We will try to make returns/replacements as easy and smooth as possible.
Please let us know ASAP (within 3 days of receipt of the shipment) what is wrong with the plant and request you to send us some details and few pictures. If you want a replacement, we will ship your new plant within the next 7-15 days or issue a refund back to your original credit card – as per your request.
All return shipping will be paid by the customer and free shipping will be decided after review of all details.
Please follow these instructions:
- Returns cannot be accepted beyond 15 days from the day of receipt of the product. If you have an exceptional situation, please let us know and we will take that into account and do our best to accommodate it.
- Please continue to water the plants as you normally would, to avoid it being dry during the return.
- Customer will be issued Return Authorization Number for the product that is to be returned back. Products will not be accepted without the Return Authorization Number. Indicate your Return Authorization Number on the packing slip, on the outside of the box and include your packing slip with your return.
- Returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. For your convenience, redcrocus.store can send FedEx/UPS pre-paid return shipping labels. We use our discounted shipping rates to bring the items back to our warehouse. Customer will pay flat return shipping fees. Please refer to following table for our hassle free flat rate return shipping labels fees.
